ELITE NUEVO VALLARTA, Nay. México, 2011

This project was the biggest challenge of all projects for my firm; the client wanted to surpass the project next door; a contest-winner project made by us. 

It was a Condo building by the beach with a total of 208 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom-types and yes, it had a total of 1 set of elevators per 2 apartments every floor, but the great thing for this scheme was that each and every one of the apartments of this V shaped building had direct view to the ocean. 

Did we succeed on the clients demand? We don´t really know, this project sadly ended in just that... a project.  But one thing I know, a curly and tilted facade with 100% ocean view apartments made this an unforgettable icon type building.
