MARINA PROJECT, CABO SAN LUCAS, México, 2013

This is a project to attract investors to our newly residence town in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It is a 9 story Condo building next to San Lucas Marina. The proposal is 144 apartments of 136 sqm (1460 sq ft) each one with 2136 sqm for lobby and amenities (23,000 sqft). 

The shape of this building emulates the ocean waves that are just a very short distance from this place.
