This house was just a project because the land was bought immediately by the neighbor and the opportunity was over.

The highlight of this land, which is at the furthest and upper part of the development, is the rear view to the sea. Wanting to achieve a scenic overlook concept is the reason for most of the 3 bedroom house to be on the top floor.

Also a water pipe divides this piece of land, so we had to respect not to dig foundations in the central area. The solution was perfect: Cool design, with a great view avoiding touching ground.
